1 full-time Local Government Advisor (Circuit Rider)
2 part-time Assistant Circuit Riders Circuit Riders attend municipal meetings to assist municipal officials with process, respond to requests for technical assistance, and plan issue or training workshops to enhance municipal officials' skill level in dealing with roles/responsibilities of their specific titles. Assistance is provided with researching funding opportunities, and preparation of grant applications. Circuit riders either research techincal assistance requests personally, or call upon resource staff at the NYS Tug Hill Commission for assistance from its specialists in land use planning/development and economic development.
